This 12-week 1-2-1 programme is designed to help you understand what's really driving those patterns and regain control in a private, supportive one-to-one environment. Whether the struggle involves alcohol, drugs, gambling, nicotine, food, pornography, shopping or other compulsive behaviours, the focus is on helping you create lasting change rather than relying on willpower alone.
