2. Coaching & Bookings
Our one-to-one and group coaching sessions are delivered via secure video-call. Bookings are made online through our system. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Important: Mentalize is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (999 in the UK) or go to your nearest A&E.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Supplements
All payments for sessions and shop supplements are processed securely at the time of booking or purchase. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions; failure to do so may result in the full session fee being charged. For shop products, returns are accepted within 14 days if the items are unopened and in their original packaging, in accordance with UK consumer rights.
4. Intellectual Property & Privacy
All content on this site, including but not limited to text and the proprietary Jurisdiction Method™, is the property of Mentalize and protected by UK intellectual property laws. Your data is handled with the utmost care in according with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards. We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time with notice provided on this page.

No Medical or Crisis Service
Mentalize provides coaching and wellbeing support, not medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy. Our services are not suitable for those in an active mental health crisis. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services, visit your nearest A&E, or call the Samaritans on 116 123 immediately. By using our coaching services, you acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

5. Supplements & Products
Our shop offers supplements designed to support wellbeing. Please consult a doctor before starting any supplement regime. Shipping is within the UK only. Returns are accepted within 14 days if products are unopened and in original condition.
6. Payments & Cancellations
Payments for coaching sessions are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. Refunds for shop items are processed following inspection of returned goods.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Mentalize shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.
