Feeling lonely can be one of the hardest experiences to talk about. It's not always about the number of people around you. Sometimes it's about feeling disconnected, unseen or as though nobody truly understands what you're going through. This 12-week programme is designed to help you better understand those feelings, build meaningful connections and regain a stronger sense of confidence, belonging and connection with others.
